It’s not a new concept but with different cultures/generations having different expectations, business must catch up and create a truly inclusive and diverse work environment. Discussions have been held, goals have been set, but now it is time to take concrete action.
In-house counsel can be the strategic partner for building a diverse and inclusive workplace in which everyone benefits from equal treatment and opportunities, irrespective of race, ethnic or social origin, gender or sexual orientation, age, disability, language, religion, political preference, or any other grounds of personal discrimination.
